Refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy under their refund policy.

How to request

1. Reply to your purchase receipt from Lemon Squeezy, or email support@infosecai.net with your order number.
2. State the reason. For digital content, the statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once you start the download or access the engine and you have consented to that. As a matter of goodwill, we still normally grant refunds requested within 14 days of purchase where little or no use has been made.
3. When the refund is processed, the matching entitlement in our portal is set to refunded and access ends.

For VAT or invoicing questions, write to Lemon Squeezy support directly via your receipt.
